I came across this review of the Henry AR‑7 Survival rifle this morning, and thought I would share with you. I’ve just come across this blog recently, and the author has many gun reviews, which I find rather helpful along with the respected Nutnfancy. This review is authoritative and well thought out.
I am posting another review here for you because this seems to be a VERY popular search on my blog, so I figure the more information for you, the reader the better.
Enjoy!
Thanks kindly for the link!
No worries, Zack. Great review!
If you want something that breaks down in .22LR, I’d go with the Marlin Papoose. Nutnfancy has a pretty good review. Barrel and receiver don’t go into the stock, but it’s not picky about ammo and very reliable.
Right now my .22 is a U22 Neos as a pistol, with the carbine kit in BoB.
Thanks. I really like Nutnfancy’s reviews
@Suburban Survivalist Nutnfancy rocks in my opinion, and I will definitely look into that review… I am having second thoughts about the Henry, because it requires a coated round only to fire well with mine. Not sure if this is an anomaly with mine, but it might make it difficult to use in the field if I get my hands on stray ammo.
